Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation

We support order cancellation under the following conditions:

• Cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped or enters production. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the order amount.

• We cannot process cancellation requests if the product has already been shipped out.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept product returns in compliance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may apply for a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and kept in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and documentation).

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

• Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer; all returns must be sent to our designated warehouse (details will be provided after your return request is approved).

2. Shipping Fee Responsibility for Returns

The party responsible for return shipping fees depends on the reason for the return:

• Consumer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect personal order): You will bear the return shipping fee. The specific amount is determined by the courier service you select.

• Seller-initiated returns (e.g., damaged products, incorrect items sent, quality defects): We will cover the return shipping fee, and you will not be required to pay any related costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge receipt of the return.

2. We will then review your return and notify you via email whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

3. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or e-wallet) within a specified number of business days. The exact processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing period, please follow these steps to check the status:

1. First, verify your bank account or payment account statement again—refunds may sometimes take additional time to appear due to bank processing delays.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider: Refunds often require a few business days to be officially posted to your account, even after we have processed them.

3. Reach out to your bank directly to inquire about any potential holds or delays on incoming refunds.
