At Kittecube, we are committed to providing you with optimal shipping solutions, regardless of your location worldwide. Every day, we fulfill shipments to hundreds of customers across the globe, and we strive to maintain the highest level of responsiveness to meet your needs at all times.

1. Shipping Rules
To ensure a smooth shipping experience, please note the following rules:
• Order Modifications & Cancellation: You may cancel your order, update the delivery address, or change the shipping method only before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer process changes to the address, shipping method, or cancel the order.
• Post-Delivery & Package Handling: We do not offer a return service once the package arrives at your local destination. Therefore, if the delivery address is incorrect, or you fail to collect the package in a timely manner, the package will most likely be destroyed locally. After your order is shipped, we will promptly update you with the tracking information. Please monitor this information closely. For any issues, contact us via service@Kittecube.com or send us an online message directly.
• Abnormal Order Handling: For any abnormal orders (e.g., items out of stock, pricing errors, shipping method issues, shipping fee discrepancies, or battery-related problems), we will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 3 working days. If we do not receive a response from you within 2 days, we will cancel the order by default.
• Customs Tax Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs taxes or duties imposed by the destination country/region.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
The time it takes for your order to ship depends on whether the item is in stock or on pre-order:
• In-Stock Items: We will process and ship your order within 1–2 working days.
• Pre-Order Items: Most pre-order items will be shipped within 2–7 working days, unless specified otherwise for individual products (check the product page for details).
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently offer three shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Note that "working days" exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Standard Shipping Times by Country/Region (From CN Warehouse)
While we aim to meet these timelines, they are for reference only (see "Important Notes" below):
• USA: 7–18 working days
• Japan: 4–12 working days
• Australia / Europe: 8–20 working days
• Canada: 12–25 working days
• Southeast Asia: 4–12 working days
• Turkey: 7–16 working days
• Russia: 20–50 working days
• Other Countries: 15–20 working days
Important Notes:
• The above delivery times are estimates only; Kittecube cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
• If your order includes batteries, the estimated delivery time may be extended (see "Battery Shipping Tips" below).
• Kittecube is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions).
4. Battery Shipping Tips
Due to international shipping regulations, battery shipping is subject to restrictions:
• Countries Where Batteries Cannot Be Shipped: Currently, we cannot ship batteries to Turkey, India, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, New Zealand, and other regions specified by carriers. If you place an order containing batteries to these countries, we will contact you to either modify your order (e.g., switch to non-battery products) or cancel the order.
• Countries Where Batteries Can Be Shipped: We can ship batteries to the USA, Japan, Russia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
5. Customs Clearance & Tax
• Customs Tax Responsibility: Customers must bear all customs taxes, duties, or fees required by the destination country/region.
• Failed Customs Clearance: If customs clearance cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect documentation, refusal to pay taxes), we cannot issue a refund for the order.
6. Warehouses & Shipping Destinations
We operate two main warehouses to optimize delivery:
• US Warehouse: Only ships to addresses within the United States.
• CN Warehouse: Ships to international destinations worldwide.
If no warehouse option is displayed on the product page, your order will be shipped from the CN Warehouse by default.
